The Measuring Patient Engagement Summit is a dedicated, cross‑functional meeting designed to help life sciences leaders define, measure, and demonstrate the real impact of patient engagement. Bringing together experts from patient advocacy, clinical operations, medical affairs, market access, and data science, the summit focuses on practical frameworks, tools, and case studies that show how engagement activities translate into measurable outcomes across the drug development lifecycle.
The 3rd Measuring Patient Engagement Summit is taking place in Boston this May, starting with the pre-conference workshop day on May 5 with the two main conference days taking place from May 6-7.
The 2026 agenda has been built from the ground up around one core principle: metrics first. Every session has been designed to go beyond high-level discussion and into how patient engagement is measured, evidenced, and defended across the lifecycle.
Across the agenda, speakers will walk through specific KPIs, operational metrics, and real decision points, showing how patient engagement translates into measurable impact in trials, regulatory strategy, access, and launch readiness.
You can view the full agenda by downloading a copy of the 2026 brochure, available here.
